Cheese Muffins

Cheese Muffins

2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cups self-rising flour

1 cup sour cream

1 cup butter, melted

Melt butter, add shredded cheese and stir. Let sit for 2 minutes. Add sour cream to cheese/butter mixture. Stir flour into mixture. Spoon into small mini-muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
